Wild Blueberries
Wild blueberries are the kings of the antioxidants, vastly rich in flavonoids, a family of polyphenols. The flavonoid put down to giving blueberries most of their “superpowers” is anthocyanin, which gives them their rich, dark purple colour. Antioxidants help combat oxidative stress protecting us from a suite of harmful diseases.
