Banana
Bananas are high in vitamins B5, B6 and C, which are essential in the extraction of energy from food, the generation of new blood cells for enhancing oxygen delivery, and for improved immune strength. Our organic bananas are sourced from Sri Lanka.
Pineapple
Many of Pineapple’s suite of health benefits come from a protease called bromelain, which breaks down long chains of protein into amino acids helping improve absorption of protein.
